Dr. Victor Alessi is the president and CEO of the U.S. Industry Colation (USIC), a non-profit association of American businesses and academic institutions actively engaged in technology commercialization in the service of national security, nonproliferation and global peace. Dr. Alessi has enjoyed a distinguished career as a highly regarded expert in national security, arms control and nuclear nonproliferation. He has been the United States representative on the Governing Board of the International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) in Moscow since its founding in 1992 and in 2004 he was named Chairman of the Board of the Science and Technology Center of Ukraine (STCU). Both ISTC and STCU are multilateral organizations dedicated to nonproliferation through scientist engagement in R&D, technology transfer and commercialization.
