Mr. Rick Grice, executive director of Colorado Governor’s Office of Energy Management and Conservation (OEMC), presented on the primary alternative renewable energy sources available and the current state of development in the United States. OEMC, with other partners, is working to improve rural businesses and community economies in Colorado.
